You may have noticed that we’ve been plugging our new YouTube channel, Too Much Film School. So far, we’ve been re-posting old interviews from our Crew Call archives, with guests like Oscar-nominated writer Billy Ray, script coordinator Eddie Quintana, and the former head of production at Amazon Studios, John Lynch.

If you were a Patreon patron around the beginning of the pandemic, you may remember we recorded some of these interviews live over Zoom. Well, we’re doing it again!

With a slight re-branding, we’re calling this new show…

The Call Sheet 

Our first two guests are Tim Reckart, an Academy Award-nominated animation director, and John Quinn, editor of the hit show The Chosen (as well as about a million low-budget horror movies). Tim’s interview will be May 13th, this Friday, at noon; John’s will be Wednesday the 18th at 8:30am.

And Patreon patrons will have the opportunity to join the conversation!

Both interviews will be conducted over Zoom, so you won’t even have to leave the comfort of your office. I’ll interview them for about a half hour, and take questions from the audience after that. If you can’t make it at those times, the first half will be published on the Too Much Film School channel, but the full interviews will be exclusively for backers.
